About Casualemployers Roofing and How Referrals Work

Who We Are
Casualemployers Roofing is a referral service for homeowners with roof problems. We are not a roofing company. We do not climb ladders, tear off shingles or install anything. Independent local providers do that work.
Our job is smaller and simpler. We help you get organized, then we connect you with a provider in Gary or the Gary area.
Why This Site Exists
A roof problem is stressful. It often shows up at a bad time, and the choices can feel confusing. Who do you call? What should you ask? What papers do you need?
This site was built to slow things down. We lead with calm, practical steps. Photos, notes and records come first. A conversation with a provider comes second.
How Matching Works
You call or send a request. You tell us a little about your home and the roof problem. We then connect you with an independent provider that serves your area and handles that kind of job, such as roof replacement or hail damage roof replacement.
Call hours vary by provider. Request a callback to check provider availability. Many providers can respond quickly, but we cannot promise a time.
What We Ask of Providers
Providers in our network are expected to:
- Explain the job in plain language
- Give a written quote you can review
- Hold any licenses or insurance your area requires
- Respect your questions and your pace
The provider is responsible for the work, the contract and the schedule. Ask before you sign.
What We Do Not Do
We do not do the roof work. We do not set prices. We do not write your contract. We are not an insurance company, and we cannot say what your policy will cover. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
How We Are Paid
Homeowners do not pay Casualemployers Roofing for a referral. Providers in our network may pay us when we connect them with a homeowner. That is how the service keeps running. It does not change what you pay a provider, and you are never required to hire anyone we connect you with.
Get It on Paper
Here is a simple habit that helps with any roof job. Take clear photos of the damage and the whole roof. Write down dates, storms and what you noticed. Keep old receipts and any past roof paperwork in one folder. When you are ready to compare estimates, you will be glad you did.
Ready to Talk?
A phone call is the quickest way to begin. If you would rather write, send a request.
